Clinic Supervision for RP

The rapid advances in medical cosmetic procedures, and  provision of effective online courses for nurses to upgrade skills and knowledge have created increased opportunities for registered nurses to enhanced their skills in taking quality inclass and  online nursing courses. Registered nurses, registered practical nurse, and physicians can upgrade their skills in Advanced Medical Aesthetic procedures including administration of Botox, Dermal fillers, Lasers, Basic and Advanced Nursing Foot care, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Platelet Rich Plasma Training, and Nutrition and Diet Therapy.  In providing the necessary skills training, we are offering certification courses in Botox and Dermal Fillers, Basic and Advanced Medical Aesthetics for Nurses, Basic and Advanced Nursing Foot care Certification, Platelet Rich Plasma Certificate - PRP, Nutrition and Diet Therapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy Diploma,  Mental Health and Addictions Counselling Diploma, Reflexology, and various RN online nursing credit courses .

Botox and Dermal Filler Certification

This comprehensive Botox and Dermal Filler course is taught by registered nurses who were trained by Dr Howard Katz the inventor named on the patent application of botulinum toxin in person. Dr. Katz has been teaching Botox and Dermal Fillers to physicians, dentists and nurses for over 30 years. His was instrumental in the development of the application of Botulinum toxins in the face and has collaborated with the giants of the aesthetics industry, including Allergan, Medicis and Prollenium.

Course schedule includes:

Day 1 Program – Botox Training

Review what is Botox, Review what is Dysport its action, indication, contraindication, cheat sheet  (sites, doses, needle angles, protocols) and animation videos to use after the program and tissue manipulation for ideal injections.

  1. 9:30am -10:00am Registration, 10:00am –11.00am Review facial muscles, Upper Face, Glabellar, Forehead and eye treatment protocols guidelines, understanding the medical model, safety techniques and indications. Migraine protocols will be covered. Proper storage, dilutions, dosing for each application area, reconstitute and shelf life of all Botulinum Toxins on the market.

  2. 11:00pm–12:00pm Lower Face, Neck indications,contra-indications techniques and contra-indications peri-oral hypertonicity, gummy smiles, messeter, dimpled chins. platysma ropes.

  3. 12:30pm–1:30pm  lunch

  4.  Marketing & Promotion. Learn which materials are available from Allergan to incorporate this new procedure into your present practice, Included are all forms, consents, insurance information, and staff selling and common sense marketing concepts to make your practice successful. 

  5. 2:00pm–5:00pm Hands-On Sessions. Small group sessions with live patients. Attendees will be required to administer Botox - the unique approach to each patient.

Day 2 Program – Dermal Fillers

  1. 10.00am-1045  Anatomy of the Face and Skin, Facial proportions, treatment planning and predictable outcomes, effects of fillers on different sites.

  2. 10:45am- 11.15am Lips – effects of intra-vermillion and extra-vermillion injections.Discussion of the range of Dermal Fillers used to augment the face, Discussion of the bio-degradable, semi-permanent and permanent dermal fillers
  3. 11:15am-12:30pm Nasiolabial folds and Marionette lines. When to combine with Botulinum neurotoxins.

  4. 1;00pm-1:30pm Lunch
  5. 2:00pm – 4:00pm Hands-on Sessions (live patients), Naso Labial Fold, Peri Orbital areas, other common features that respond to Fillers like scars and facial wrinkles not affected by Botox. Practice session with fillers is subject to patient assessment. Blunt tip micro cannula technique for injecting fillers will be discussed.
  6. Practical information in setting up an Aesthetic business in Canada

This course is open to Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Practical Nurses, Physicians, Midwives, Physician Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse and Dentists, must be in good standing with your professional regulatory bodies and have the Hepatitis B vaccine.

Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners must be members of RNAO. For Registered Practical Nurses and License Practical Nurses must be member of RPNAO and LPNA.

Upon completion of the course the Botox and Dermal Filler Certification will be issued.


Access to an aesthetic supplier not open to the public where you can purchase aesthetic spa equipment at wholesale price. 

This course is tax deductible for all participants, physician and nurses may use this course as a continue education credit (CE).

Nurses can get reimbursed for tuition fees paid up to $1500. from their nursing association if they qualify,

A certificate is aawarded upon completion , and  a 1year menbership with the National Association of Holistic Health Practitioners -  NAHHP

Courses are offered days, evenings, weekends, and online to fit your schedule.

Do you need individual attention? That is why we limit our classroom size to a maximum of 8 to 10 Students per instructor. Not the 25 or even 30 to 1 ratio you will encounter at other schools.
